Slow and steady wins the race! GitHub Gardener is still growing organically and just hit $100 MRR! Just to show how organic it is, I normally work about 30 minutes per week on GitHub Gardener, that's all

    That awesome, congrats!

... but since it's starting to get traction, I would think about the name. Have you checked if using "Github" in your name will not cause you any issues down the road? It might be better - if that's the case - to change it now, rather than when you'll have 2000 customers.

    Good luck :)

That's a valid point, I think I'll do that. Thanks!

Congrats on the milestone. I read your website and I'm a little confused about the product. What exactly does it commit? I get the concept of making your commit graph green but what are the individual commits? Does it remind you to contribute to open source or something else?

Well done Alex. Have you got a link? Wouldn't mind checking it out.

July 28, 2018 Turned GitHub Gardener profitable

When I launched on PH, I only launched with a Free version and an email box for people that want to get notified when I supposedly finished the paid tier. I saw some interest, so I decided to build a paid version. Funny enough, now it's at $50 MRR

July 28, 2018 Launched on PH and took 3rd place

After launching, GitHub Gardener finished 3rd on a Sunday. This way my first "successful" launch. I was super pumped!

May 6, 2018 Started building GitHub Gardener

Beware, just another cliche passing by...

Bored after polishing and over engineering several MVPs for 6 months with terrible results, I decided to build the first thing that came to my mind completely in the open and launch it inside a week.
