GitNoter
Take markdown notes & store them to your github repository.
I've launched it on the hacker news. This will sure help in spreading a word about GitNoter and the solution it provided. I'm excited with the launch and optimistic about the success of this product. Let's see how the users react to this.
With the launch I've got users signing up on the application. Trying it and providing their positive feedback about the application. Many of the users starred the github repository. A few users started creating the issues for feature requests. I'm hoping to get more users using this free service.

It took 6 weeks, but I'm finally done building the minimum viable product for GitNoter. I worked mostly nights and weekends, and I coded the whole thing in Golang & React since that's that I'm the most comfortable with. In hindsight, there were a few features I built that probably could've waited until later. But I'm excited to start talking to customers and see what they think about the product so far!

I've read so many times that you should solve your own problem, and so last week I sat down to think about all the problems in my life.
Taking notes & maintaining them is not an easy thing. The softwares and services that provide the facility of taking notes lacks many features.
It turned out that I had quite a few problems worth solving, and the most interesting one led me to the idea for GitNoter!

The note taking services does not offer a great user interface. It is also very difficult to format the note. There is no markdown supported. Copying something from a note is not quick. GitNoter is the solution.
