Giveku
A crowdfunding site to help students in developing countries
Giveku is now up and running. I just officially launched it today at 12:01 am PST. Users can now easily read our student's stories and support them with just a few clicks. Payment is powered by Stripe.
My dream is to make it really easy for students all over the developing world to get the funds that'll allow them to obtain upward socio-economic mobility. I've still got a long way to go though. Thanks everyone who have supported me along the way.
Not everyone has the same access to quality education. Especially in developing countries. I started this site to help students financially. If we can help relieve them and their family of their financial burden, even just a little bit, I believe it'll be easier for them to obtain upward mobility later on in life. Which is why I started Giveku. I want to help students who don't have the enough resources, have them, so that they can have a better chance of being successful.
Feel free to ask me anything about Giveku. We launch on August 2, 2023.

Powerful idea. I'm curious though. How do you get to select the beneficiaries?
Also, whats the website URL?-

Hi Hakiza. Thank you for the powerful words. Right now the dot app site isn't live yet, but once it goes live on August 2, people can choose to select from a list of 7 beneficiaries. If the launch is successful, I hope to expand it even further and allow even more students to get a profile listed.
