Make your company more transparent
So I 'launched' the MVP today.
Actually there's quite a bit of testing and stuff to iron out before I start publicizing it, but I just wanted to get it out production. Still nobody really knows about the project so I'm not fussed if someone runs into any issues.
So I've seen so many companies begin to become 'open' - a trend that's catching on for indie devs. I believe this exists in larger companies as well. While I was working at Jet.com we had open salaries and metrics always streaming inside the company. Other larger companies such as Buffer started adding metrics as well. I think more companies understand the power and just don't have the time/willpower to ideate how they want to share their metrics.
I'm starting to sketch out ideas of a dashboard that could make public/not-public certain metrics for companies.
