Gnosari
Conversational Data Collection
We are a young SaaS and Agent Capability as a Service called Gnosari. I want to share why we're building it, because I think most people are solving the wrong problem.
For 25 years, a form was the only way to collect structured data at scale. You couldn't have a software conversation with a million visitors. So we built fields, dropdowns, validation, and got pretty good at it. Forms digitized the world's intake — it was a real win.
But the constraint that made forms necessary is gone. LLMs can hold a real conversation, in any language, with anyone, at the same scale a form does — and now the form is the friction.
Average contact form converts at 2–3%.
Insurance quote forms: 84% abandonment.
Legal intake: 64% of firms don't respond within 24 hours.
Every dropdown forces a real human into a category the form designer invented six months ago.
Marketing tries to fix it with shorter forms (less data) or smarter logic (more friction). Sales tries to fix it by hiring SDRs to call every "lead" — most of which are noise.
Nobody questions the form itself.
The insight
A form is a frozen conversation. Someone, once, sat down and tried to imagine every question they'd ask a prospect — then locked it into fields. Every visitor after that has to fit into that frozen shape.
We have AI now. Conversations don't have to be frozen anymore.
What Gnosari actually is
You don't build a form. You don't build a flow either (looking at you, Typebot and Landbot — flows are just forms with extra steps).
You describe the data you want. The AI does the conversation.
"I want to qualify B2B leads. Industry, team size, current solution, budget range, urgency."
That's the whole setup. No drag-and-drop. No branching logic. No "if user says X, go to step 14." The AI asks for those things naturally — in any order, in any language, adapting to whatever the visitor actually says. The output is structured rows. JSON. The thing your CRM actually wants.
Same primitive, different jobs:
Lead capture — name, email, company, budget, timeline.
Recruiter screening — experience, skills, salary expectations.
Booking — service, preferred time, contact.
Feedback — ratings, pain points, real quotes.
Customer support — issue type, satisfaction, feature requests.
One product. You change the data spec, you change the use case.
And four ways it actually collects
Here's the part nobody else does. A form has one collection mode: ask the visitor for the data, in the order you decided, in the fields you defined. Take it or leave it.
A conversation can do four:
Passive. The AI just talks. It doesn't ask anything. After the conversation ends, it extracts whatever structured data was hidden in what the visitor naturally said.
Opportunistic. The AI listens for openings. The visitor mentions their team, the AI follows up with one short question to confirm the size.
Active. The AI proactively asks for each field. Closer to a form, but in conversation form — and it can rephrase, skip, double back, switch language, handle "I don't know" without breaking.
Guided. You write a custom script the AI follows
Three ways your AI meets people
This is the part most "conversational form" tools miss. A conversation needs a surface. We give you three:
A public link. Every Gnosari gets a real address: joina.chat/yourname. Share it in a DM, an email signature, a Linktree, a community post. No login. Anyone can chat.
An embed. Drop it on your site like a chat widget. Replace your contact form with a single line of HTML.
A QR code. This one's underrated. Print it on a business card, an event poster, a product label, a restaurant table. Anyone with a phone is now talking to your AI.
The form has one surface: a page on your site. Conversations have surfaces wherever people already are.
The moat: self-hostable, private models
Most "conversational" tools are SaaS-only. Your data goes to their servers. Their model. Their logs.
That kills any use case in healthcare, legal, finance, or government — which happen to be the industries with the most painful intake forms on Earth.
Gnosari is self-hostable with private models. Run it on your infrastructure. Use a local LLM. Data never leaves your perimeter. HIPAA and GDPR teams can actually say yes.
That's the moat. Not the chat UI.

About
Forms are broken: high abandon, noisy data. Gnosari replaces them with AI conversations that ask the right questions and deliver structured data. Self-hostable, so HIPAA/GDPR industries can use it too.
