Go-Sail
Go global from China: Your guide to Stripe, banking & LLCs.
Hey Indie Hackers,
To solve the toughest challenge for Chinese developers expanding internationally—getting paid and opening bank accounts—I created V1.0 of an open-source, practical handbook. I spent the recent holiday building and launching the official site for it: gosail.dev.
This is a step-by-step, foolproof guide designed to help others avoid the painful mistakes and dead ends I encountered. The first edition is a deep dive based on my own personal experience, focused on one critical goal: a fast-track guide to successfully opening a Hong Kong bank account.
The official site, "GoSail," is now live, and all future content and updates will be published there.
Building a great product is just the first step to going global. Getting paid is the next.
A week ago, I launched the open-source project on GitHub: awesome-developer-go-sail
Today, the dedicated site is officially live: https://gosail.dev/docs
The initial core content focuses on that crucial first step for many of us.
I invite you all to check it out, follow for updates, and contribute to building this essential playbook for developers. Let's help more great products truly set sail.

About
As a Chinese dev, I struggled with global payments like Stripe due to scattered, unreliable info. So I created Go-Sail: the step-by-step handbook I wish I had, sharing my proven path for other developers to follow.
