A long time ago I started with the Golang Job Board and success could be better. ;-)
The main problem to be resolved with Job Boards is SEO, and SEO, and SEO.
That needs a strategy and a lot of work, which needs time and as I have a day job in a Golang Software Company something, I do not really have.
But I restarted recently with my old, a bit ugly WP-based Golang News and Golang Jobs and pushed it with my Golang-related Twitter https://twitter.com/golangch with over 15k followers.

Based on my multi-instance boardengine.io code I launched my GOlang Jobs board golangjob.xyz and started working on SEO, using Go-related pages, and my own Golang related Twitter account @golangch .
I used Makerlog and WIP to get input about how to launch at that time.
