Good Stuff Foods
Eat the world, locally
One year as passed and life was life so end up not been able to dedicate more to Good Stuff Foods.
Enter 2024 and here I am giving my real first steps. Landing page is done and I finnish the recipes for the meal planner. Will have more then the food box and will include also a food planner but more on that after.
I promisse that next time I write will not be on January 2025
The year was 2018.
I was tired of working in the hospitality industry, The hours, the always working in shifts, the seeing your kids but not seeing your wife or the other way around, the fact that I try so much to be someone but it just seem that I couldn't get there. I had a e-commerce and catering company in the meanwhile that made me keep the love going but was not going anywhere so I closed it.
So I changed, I start learning to code, to nocode, to learn digital marketing, sales, etc but I realized that was I was feeling in 2018 was tired of that type of work, not tired of food. I love food. But I love real food, I love slow food. I loved to see Anthony Bourdain shows where you learn about food and culture and so much more. I love to know about ingredients.
I can talk with you for hours when you start talking about your country food traditions, how inportant was some dish to the history of your country.
That always kept the fire going. So Good Stuff start there, maybe in 2021. But this is not my main project, is not my job.. In fact it's the side gig of my side gig. So it's been a while till I put all in paper and in my head.
It's here now and as slow food and good ingredients it takes time. Each digital box willt take time but will be what I want: A showcase of food and traditions of each country that you can enjoy and try yourself on the confort of your house, no matter you are. Maybe just maybe we can learn a bit more about each other and respect more each culture and tradition, starting by learning their food

I love food and believe that food has an important part in how we see the world and see people. I decided to create food experiences that you can make in your house while tasting the world around
