Built Prototype
The prototype was built in 2 hours for ElectionTechHandbook.uk
Since then I added a UI and proper backend.
It's built in NodeJS, hosted on Heroku, and seems to work pretty well.
The whole UI will need to be re-built before anyone else can use it.
