First paying customer

We've officially onboarded first paying customer though we were not ready to accept payments due to payment gateway setup. The customer searched for around 2 weeks in Google Search and lead was organically converted. Happy to announce incorporation soon (in-progress ).

Don't let tech stand in the way of your growth. Send an invoice manually and invest the income in the growth of the business. Don't let the customer wait too long for your technical solution for them to pay you.

    Good luck!

First of all, thank you for your comment.
Yes, we're getting it implemented asap. We've sent the invoice and got paid. Of course, we're investing and basically bootstrapped we believe in growth and R&D.

Congrats. Another consideration: Use moonclerk.com to go live in < 15 mins and defer payment/billing functionality when timing is right.

sure, thank you for the recommendation. keeping chargeback in mind and we're building another couple of SaaS products ( since we have invested in our infrastructure for past 2 years and still making better - https://www.indiehackers.com/@guru_shiva/scalable-tech-stack-cost-effective-secure-infrastructure-a7fe05cb46 ) we're considering to build the payment acceptance integration system in-house.

Congrats. That's fantastic news. Payment integration could be delay but incorporation is important for B2B I guess.

Yes, we need to inc. to accept payments. ( AFAIK what I have learned in B2B ) because of business customers require proper invoicing. Moreover selling in the US requires nexus between states. We have incorporated yesterday and opened stripe account and waiting for EIN & Bank account opening.
