June 9, 2026 I built GradGermany to help international students navigate APS, anabin, and uni admissions

A few years ago I was an Indian engineer at Amazon India with one obsession: studying in Germany. Public universities, world-class engineering, almost no tuition — on paper it's the best deal in higher education on earth. In reality? It was a maze. APS certification, anabin recognition, Studienkolleg, blocked accounts, language requirements, uni-by-uni admission rules that contradict each other, and a hundred Telegram groups full of half-right advice.

I figured it out the hard way, moved to Germany, and I'm now an AI student here. Then friends, and friends of friends, started asking me the same questions over and over. So I built the thing I wish I'd had.

GradGermany is that thing. You can check it out here: https://www.gradgermany.com

  • Free profile evaluation — tell us your background, get an honest read on your real admission chances (no "you're amazing, pay us" fluff).

  • Programme finder — search thousands of English-taught German programmes filtered to your profile.

  • University directory — fees, requirements, deadlines, all in one place.

  • End-to-end guidance — APS, anabin, language, visa, blocked account — the full path, in order.

  • Built by an AI student who actually made the move, not a faceless agency.

The profile evaluation is 100% free — I want you to know if Germany is realistic before you spend a euro. From there, the full consultancy is paid and hands-on.

I'd genuinely love your feedback — especially from anyone who's been through international admissions. What was your biggest wall? AMA in the comments.
