Grid34Sync is a browser-based visual tool built for creators who demand total control over their Instagram grid without compromising their data privacy.

Why choose Grid34Sync?

  • 100% Local Privacy: Unlike traditional planners, Grid34Sync uses advanced browser-side technology. Your photos are processed locally on your device and are never uploaded to any server.

  • New 3:4 Vertical Support: Stay ahead of the trend. Perfectly preview how your 3:4 vertical covers and 1:1 squares will look together in the latest Instagram feed format.

  • Desktop-First Workflow: No more Airdropping photos to your phone. Drag and drop high-res images directly from your Mac or PC to design your grid on a professional canvas.

  • Zero Friction: No account creation, no app downloads, and no subscription walls. Just open your browser and start planning.

Been looking for something like this. Most planners either force you to upload everything to their servers or make you use your phone which is annoying when you're editing on desktop anyway.

How's the preview accuracy compared to actual Instagram? Some tools I've tried show one thing and then it looks different once posted.

Thanks so much for the feedback — I really appreciate it! Feedback like yours really helps me keep improving Grid34Sync. For the closest match between the preview and Instagram, finish your grid planning and cropping in Grid34Sync first, then download the edited images to your device. When uploading them to Instagram, make sure to select “Original” in the crop/aspect-ratio options. This prevents Instagram from applying an additional crop to the exported image. One thing to note is that Instagram currently displays profile grid thumbnails in a 3:4 ratio, while the recommended post upload is still 4:5 (1080×1350). So the post itself keeps its original 4:5 format, while Instagram may slightly crop the left and right edges when displaying it on your profile grid. Grid34Sync’s 3:4 preview is designed to show you that profile-grid view before you post. Thanks again for trying Grid34Sync — and please let me know if you notice any difference between the preview and what you see on Instagram. That would be really helpful for me to improve the accuracy further.
