Grow Your Co
Growth marketing ideas to scale your company
Hey all,
I've added a new service to Grow Your Co, something I'm really excited about.
Programmatic SEO: https://www.growyourco.io/programmatic-seo-grow-your-co
How much is your time worth as a founder or operator? A lot more than you think.
Stop wasting it by dreaming up content ideas. Utilize our AI tool to scale your content engine in hours, not weeks.
Build a content engine in 3 steps
- Tell us what you want to rank for
Send us a list of keywords you want to start ranking for.
We'll do in-depth keyword research way cheaper than an SEO agency.
Additionally, we identify high-value, low-competition keywords for your business.
- We'll build you a content pipeline using AI
After we've done the keyword research, we'll provide a group of article outlines in your desired format.
This helps you save at least 20 minutes per article.
- Start writing the content or utilize us to grow your presence
Begin writing and publishing the blogs, or use our in-house content team (made of humans, not AI) to deliver the content on a timely schedule.
It turns out that a human touch is required in the writing process to build content people actually want to read.

I've decided to add additional growth marketing services to help early-stage entrepreneurs build their companies and respective offerings.
I am now adding consulting services for SEO strategy, full growth audits, and fractional CMO hours. Due to the impending market recession, companies will likely be pulling resources from their go-to-market operations. However, this does not mean they can turn off their marketing and sales functions, as they need to find more customers, albeit more cheaply.
I hope these services can serve an important function for small companies who may not have the cash to hire a full, internal marketing team.
Let's grow your company today!

I've been overwhelmed by the positive response since my Product Hunt launch. I've had over 50 companies submit my waitlist form and more have converted to paying customers.
Because this is a side project, I've taken the advice to raise prices from $49 to $99. I don't think this is the last time I'll raise prices either.
I also have more productized service ideas I'm going to build into the site. Cheers!

After launching on Product Hunt this morning (3am ET is the suggested time to launch), I received an email and Stripe payment for my first customer.
Now I need to figure out how to deliver the service in a timely manner (especially since I just came down with a cold :/
Cheers to more customers!

Hey, good job on landing your first customer! I know that feeling )))
Do you also provide help at earlier stages? I'm trying to validate my idea before building it, and I'm a bit confused )).
Get better!

Yeah I would say that my main focus is people helping at earlier stages. What are you confused about?

I'm having a hard time finding potential users for an interview. I don't want to start coding blindly, I want to be sure that I'm building something valuable. Any help with filling my waiting list would also be appreciated.
I'm willing to pay for it, of course.

Where do your users spend time online? Start there and ask for genuine feedback. Do it enough and you'll have some good data points.
Filling the waitlist is a whole other endeavor. Happy to chat via DM if you're interested in the Grow Your Co service

Just signed up. The process went pretty smooth, the only thing is I wish there was much more space in the last form field where I had to write all the details. Also, the button on the form says "next", so I was thinking there was something else, but in fact, it was "finish".
My main fear here was that I probably wasn't clear enough and you might be giving me advice for a different problem.

The thing is, I don't know where they spend time online, this is why I need personal advice.
What do you mean, DM? Do we have DMs here on IH? In any case, I think I'll apply for your services tomorrow.

Congrats on the first customer, it must be special.
How did the launch go though overall?
After filming an example of this productized service (akin to Designjoy), I decided the quickest way to validate the idea was to drop it on Product Hunt as fast as possible.
I worked <8 hours to go from idea to fully functioning site and workflow. I just launched on Product Hunt and have 2 paying customers so far.

I came up with the idea after looking around at Reddit, Founder University, Twitter, etc. I talked to some technical founders (who lacked sales and marketing skillsets) and noticed that they weren't able to generate or execute any growth marketing ideas.
I spun up a Webflow site and Stripe payment link to validate this further.

I've met with a lot of technical founder and companies (of all stages) and they all seem to struggle with marketing and growth ideas to generate leads and customers.
