Our team decided to reject from classical roadmap and run product on the more agile option called GIST (Goals - Ideas - Step-projects - Tasks). Implementation of GIST is still in process right now but some people have already started to follow GIST methodology in their work. For helping others dive deeper into topic faster we create a first in-house article for owners of step-project - one of the most important units of this methodology.
We decided to start social activity for promoting our product. A beta test is soon. We have been working for eight months and finally can be proud of the results we are going to share with users!
