They say that you will always work the hardest to attract your first clients in consulting. Either that or you must have given some "free consulting" beforehand to those in need of help first, before getting many referrals coming your way.

I was fortunate to have found someone who trusted me enough on Twitter to sign up for my gig. It's my first $60 from this service. I didn't (and still don't) even have a landing page up for this. Just a fiverr gig.

My side projects mostly consisted of businesses that don't make much profits from the start. I thought that maybe I should try and leverage my skills of instagram marketing a little bit more. Starting a business would make sense if it's in an area that I was confident in.

Aside from the entertainment side of things, I figured out that my only strength was growing pages, especially on instagram. My first start-up, KpopKart was successful thanks to its 20 000 followers on Instagram. I took 6 months to grow to that number.

To make sure I wasn't just lucky in achieving that number, I tried my luck again by growing a dropship store page on instagram. With the same strategy, I again managed to grow the page from 0 to 1100 followers within 1 month.

If I don't leverage on this skill of mine, I'm only going to let it rot away. So why not start by helping people grow their page on instagram? I want to prove to myself that my methods can work.
