Sharing insight and experiences from entrepreneurs
This month, we've shared interviews with 2 big founders. Most recent was the founder of ProWritingAid, Chris Banks. Even though we're interested in sharing every entrepreneur's story, it's a great feeling to start connecting with "big" founders as they add authenticity to our project.
Only a few months ago, it was a reall struggle to find founders who were willing to give us the time of day but as our reach and community slowly grow it's becoming more common for them to reach out to us.
It's only a small win but I thought it was worth sharing.
(We also have the very faintest, most tenuous, hardly worth mentioning sniff of some sponsorship. More on this soon!)
Thanks for reading :)
We had an article posted on ProWritingAid's blog this week, which was awesome. We've been working on trying to get some backlinks out there and this was a big win for us!
We've also posted an interview with Kathy Austin, who appeared on Dragons' Den with her BeeBee wraps. It's a great sign that we're increasing the awareness of our project.

Throughout August we'd been contacting entrepreneurs and collecting content. We launched our site with just three interviews, but more in the pipeline. We created a schedule for September and were able to post content every other day.
We have been busily collecting more interviews and are looking forward to sharing them in the coming weeks.

Earlier this year, after sharing some of my own entrepreneurial experiences, I realised how much I enjoyed it. My original idea resurfaced and I started to look into making it a web based outlet for interviews.
After talking to some friends, we formed a loose team of contributors. With little to no coding experience, we found a mate who offered to knock something together on Wix for us, in return for some beer money.

It was about ten years ago that I started to think about the idea of interviewing entrepreneurs and sharing their insights and experience. At that time, it was going to be a printed publication, selling advertising space to generate revenue. The idea was shelved in favour of other projects.

I wanted to create a place where entrepreneurs looking to grow or start their own businesses could go to find inspiration and insight from others who had already made the journey.
