GYFT

Curated marketplace for Framer templates

Visit Website
August 31, 2026 I built GYFT to make Framer templates easier to discover

As a Framer designer and template creator, I saw the ecosystem becoming increasingly crowded. Many strong templates were difficult to discover, while independent creators without a large audience often received limited visibility.

That led me to build GYFT: a curated marketplace where users can discover free and premium Framer templates through practical filters, search and handpicked collections.

GYFT currently features 110 templates from 20 independent creators. Each template is reviewed before being added, and purchases are completed directly through the creator’s preferred platform.

The project is still at an early stage, so I’m now focused on improving the discovery experience, growing the catalog carefully and understanding which filters and collections are most useful to buyers.

I’d love to hear your feedback: what matters most to you when choosing a website template?

The 110 templates / 20 creators is useful early supply-side validation.

Curious whether buyers are struggling more with finding the right template at all, or with narrowing down the existing catalog once they’ve started looking.

That’s a useful distinction. My initial hypothesis is that both problems exist, but at different stages. Before browsing, buyers may struggle to know where to look and which templates are genuinely worth considering. Once they start exploring, the challenge becomes narrowing a large catalog by industry, style, budget and website type. GYFT addresses the first through curation and the second through filters and collections. That said, you’re right: 110 templates from 20 creators validates the supply side more than buyer demand. It’s still early, and identifying which of those two problems is stronger is one of the next things I need to validate through user behavior and direct feedback.

That makes sense. The distinction between getting people into the catalog and helping them narrow it down should become clearer once you have more buyer behavior to work with.
