A workout tracker that tells you if your program is actually

June 16, 2026 I Built an App to Solve My Own Training Problem

Spent a year following a workout program I found online. Decent program on paper, but no real way to know if it was actually working for me. Was the volume too low? Was I neglecting something?

Started building a tool to check this properly. Took the research on volume, balance, and recovery and turned it into a scoring system. Upload a program, get a score and a breakdown of what's actually wrong with it.

Realized scoring without tracking is half the picture, so built that too. Now it's a full app. Parse your program, get a score, log your sessions, see if you're actually progressing.

Solo project, alongside a full time job as a software business analyst. Live now, no native app yet, PWA only. TR and EN.

Where can we find it? I couldn't find it...

One thing I'd be careful with:

The interesting question may not be whether the scoring system is accurate.

It may be what decision users are actually trying to make when they check the score in the first place.

Those sound similar, but they can lead to very different conclusions about what deserves emphasis, what feedback matters, and what the product ultimately becomes.

I wouldn't make that call casually this early.

About

I had a workout program with no way to know if it was good. So I built a scoring system that checks volume, balance, and recovery — then added tracking on top.
