October 16, 2025 I built a fully private workout tracker, and no one cares.

There are moments when you look at an industry and you just have to ask… what are they all doing?

They’re making weightlifting trackers. Bulky. Complicated. Crappy.

You’re either forced to bring a notepad to the gym. A notepad! In 2024. Or you download an app, and it’s a 200-megabyte behemoth. Why? What is in there? What are they doing?

We asked that question. And we didn’t like the answers. So we started over.

We asked, what does it need to be? It needs to be simple. Pure. It needs to respect your privacy. And it needs to be so light, so fast, it feels like an extension of your mind.

This is GymGod.

25 megabytes. That’s it. Pure, private logging. No bloat. No nonsense.

And pricing. The pricing has to be simple. Stupidly simple. And it’s going to be way, way cheaper than the competition.

And how do you know you can trust us?

You don’t have to. It’s all done through the Apple App Store. Subscriptions, everything. It’s not even technically possible for us to scam you. The system is designed so we never even see your financial data.

That’s it.

GymGod. A tool for the athlete who just wants to lift.

I wasnt happy with the quality, features and price of the many current weightlifting apps. so I set out to make one that has all the essential features thats someone could just pick up and start using right away.
