What is HackathonHub?
HackathonHub is an all-in-one platform for running hackathons and game jams — registration, team building, live polls, jury scoring, results, and certificates in one place. White-label and multi-tenant, so any club, university, or company can run a professional event under its own brand.
About
Running a hackathon is the easy part — what breaks you is everything around it. HackathonHub puts registration, judging, and results in one place, so a two-person team can run an event that feels like it had twenty.

This is useful, but I’d be careful with the “all-in-one platform” framing because it can make HackathonHub sound like a feature bundle instead of a serious event operating system.
The stronger angle is probably not “registration, polls, scoring, certificates in one place.”
It is closer to:
Run a branded hackathon without stitching together forms, spreadsheets, Discord, manual judging, and certificate tools.
That speaks more directly to clubs, universities, and companies because the pain is not just missing features. It is looking unprofessional while managing too many moving parts during a live event.
White-label is also a strong trust angle here. I’d push that higher because serious organizers care about the event feeling like theirs, not like they are sending participants into a random third-party tool.
If useful, I can put the cleaner positioning and first GTM path into a short written version. It would be easier than turning this thread into a full teardown.
Thank you for your valuable feedback, we appreciate it! We definitely focus on points you mentioned.
That's exactly why I wanted to continue the conversation.
Reading your reply, I think there's one strategic business decision sitting underneath that positioning shift that becomes much more significant as the product grows, but I don't think I can do the reasoning behind it justice in a thread.
Happy to explain what I mean if it's useful. What's the best email to reach you?
