Enjoy Stories from Hacker News for this decade.
As per the suggestions I received, the Card layout and Comments sections are improved.
The main change in the Card Layout is the placement of text and the Thumbnails.
Now every card has the text at the top and the Image at the bottom. It makes it even more readable. Loved it.
Next was the font change for comments sections. Again a readability context. Improved the text font size and style and it's looking more awesome now.
Great job is done again.
Launched on PH, 25th April 2021 and it became the #5 product of the day!

Got an amazing response from the community. Some have perceived differently, but I liked the suggestions and feedback and takes them into considerations.
The app is running with $0, 24*7. Thumbnails extractions and designing the UI/UX was one of the most fun parts. I enjoyed the overall process.

I think I have done a good job.
https://hn.boxpiper.com/ is live and went through lots of iterations.
It has a Story Mode like Instagram/Snapchat through which user can focus on consuming limited top stories.
Stories are bifurcated into two parts, top 10 and rest. A focus on the top 10 stories, makes it more of a productivity app. No more feed scroll is required. Top stories directly at the user's disposal.
Card Image layout helps to present Stories better instead of only displaying the web links.
Comments of each story are presented in a readable format rather than the N level nested way. It helps users to read in a much better way.

While consuming Hacker News, I found it a little dated in terms of design. It may not be a concern for the users consuming content right now, but I need to consume it in a better UI/UX fashion.
Will be re-imagining HN with a better layout, stories mode, etc. Stay tuned.
