Crossed 300 subscribers for my youtube channel HackerHeap, It took me 9 months since I started the channel with 40 videos posted. It also crossed 76K minutes of watch time.
I picked a niche this time and made videos every day in June and it got me some attention.
Next mile stone 500 Subscribers...!
Crossed 200 subscribers for my youtube channel HackerHeap, It took me 6 months since I created the channel with 20 videos posted. It also crossed 50000 minutes of watch time.
I went to different forums and shared my channel and tried to get some SEO work done using free SEO tools like google ads keyword planner.

Finally reached 100 subscribers milestone, with 18000 minutes of watch time, still a long way to go, Trying to bump up production and create at least 2 videos a week, and want to increase the scope, right now it's just Java-based content but want to broaden please subscribe to my channel and encourage!

Been consistent on creating content, it's not a lot of achievement though, haven't created content for month due to travel, but been doing it after that, Wish to create more good content in the next couple of months and get the subscriber count. If you guys can help me out please subscribe and share my channel for web content.

The Channel has reached 45 subscribers with 40 hours watch time with 7 videos, I was able to do it by promoting it on dev.to and Reddit etc.. I made videos consistently every week for the past 4 weeks since I started early December 2019. I think consistency is the key!

I came up with the idea during thanksgiving weekend and started churning ideas of what kind of content and did research on making videos for youtube. Researched on finding the minimal equipment required to start video production in the budget, bought the required tools on Thanksgiving sale and produced my first video during the first week of December

I like teaching stuff, There are many good tutorials channels out there but I believe there will be consumers who likes my style, I wanted to provide quality tutorials and eventually make some money and quit my day job.
