Haftio
A visual planner for work and life: a diary on a whiteboard
We've rolled out new features:
Thread management got a proper upgrade:
Active / Parked / Closed statuses
Filters by category, colour, and status
Hide and restore threads
More on how these: haftio.com/guides#threads
Smaller usability improvements:
Dynamic zoom levels — ctrl + wheel or touchpad pinch
Mouse wheel click for autoscroll
Most of this came straight from user feedback. What's the one thing you'd want next?
New guides section is live - getting started, plus documenting how-tos for the main features.

We've rolled out new features:
Google Calendar sync: your events show up on the board. Can connect multiple calendars.
Select connected entries: you can move your entry and its whole chain together as one.
Drag-to-create: drag an arrow into empty space and it creates a connected entry there.

Work, side projects, life admin, travel, appointments... everything lived in one visual space, evolving over time.
The system eventually became Haftio.
I wrote about the original setup, how I used it, and why it worked for me:
