First 100 users!
YAY! First 100 users achieved yesterday!
We are growing at an average of 5 new signups/day with a low-cost marketing. Google Ads is inexpensive, btw - but it works.
We are prioritizing what customers told us.
- create new regions, mainly in the US
- docker-compose
- custom metrics.

Went Live!
After many months spent on customer interviews, building and debugging, we finally went live. Lessons learned:
- there is always a "cheaper/faster" way to test instead of building software
- ask your customers. Talk to people. Ask them to get the answer you don't want to hear

like are you using any tool for that or getting feedback on emails?
Yep, it's a good start :)
We are using slack (we have a public channel) and by email.
We are thinking of using a public Trello to share our roadmap
