The application interface was completely updated.
The biggest improvements were made in the dashboard to present the information in the best possible way. Also al the interface was updated to have a more modern and cleaner look. It was very much needed and thankfully was very well received.
This was a quick win. A simple yet useful tool that help team managers to create lists of notes or topics to be discused in 1 on 1 with the team members.
Right from the dashboard where you get all the feedback you can quickly add notes to yourself and check them later when preparing your 1 on 1s.
Many companies use their own intranets and/or dashboard software. Adding a new app to their workflow is many times not ideal so we created an API that companies can use to integrate HMS into their own workflow.

A super requested feature. The integration with Slack allow teams to give feedback and high 5s (peer-to-peer rewards) using slack.
Again the goal with the integration was speed. Users can give feedback or reward their colleagues in a matter of seconds.
Another requested feature was the possibility to group employees by teams so Teams was added.
All the metrics available as a company, HMS, engagement... were also available as teams.
A few changes were made to the main metric: the HMS or Happy Mood Score.
After more than a yer of getting feedback and feature requests a new version 2 was launched.
Ideas were included as it was the most requested feature and lots of usability issues fixed. A new dashboard was created to help team managers to get all the information they needed at a glance.
I launched the MVP and started using in my company at that time. Feedback was positive yet the product was still hard to use.
I was promoting the app between my contacts and co-workers and within a month I had the 12 companies I was aiming at to used them as beta testers.
