This is a strong wedge because the pain is not just “finding property data” — it is turning slow public-record digging into deal timing.
For brokers and lenders, the real value is probably the signal layer: which company change, land movement, director activity, or corporate event suggests a lending opportunity before everyone else sees it.
The one thing I’d be careful with is the name as the product expands. Harper AI is approachable, but it may start to feel more like a generic AI assistant than a property-finance intelligence layer. If this becomes a serious signal platform for lenders and brokers, Beryxa .com would carry the enterprise data/decision-intelligence angle much better.
Worth thinking about before more customers, dashboards, and lender workflows get anchored around the current name.
