Hat Stack
Create resumes and messages that adapt to every job role
The job market has become more flexible and more complex. Many people apply to several different kinds of roles at the same time, such as full-time positions, part-time work, contract projects, or roles that sit between disciplines. Most career tools still assume a single, fixed professional direction. This makes it difficult for applicants to present their experience clearly when they are pursuing different opportunities.
Hat Stack was created to support this reality. The idea was to give users one place to build and manage multiple versions of their career materials without having to rewrite everything for each opportunity. From a single profile, the platform creates focused resumes, cover letters, and messages that can be refined, reorganized, and edited as needed.
The project grew into a broader career platform. It now includes job description analysis, career insights, tone and language options, networking contact management, file storage, notes and voice-to-text, LinkedIn import, OCR text extraction, and ATS-friendly formatting. All of these tools connect back to the same profile so users can stay organized and work more efficiently.
Hat Stack is fully bootstrapped and built with a practical goal. The intention is to offer a clear and useful system for people navigating contemporary job searches that involve many kinds of opportunities. If this approach resonates with you, I would be interested in your feedback.
