Strong vertical focus! Purpose-built software for hauling companies makes sense, especially with dispatch + billing unified.
From a security and operational risk perspective, a few questions:
• Since you handle route data, customer addresses, and payment flows, how are you isolating tenant data at the database level to prevent cross-company access?
• Are payment details processed directly through a PCI-compliant provider, or do you store any payment metadata yourself?
Because this becomes the operational backbone of a hauling company, downtime or data leakage could directly impact revenue and customer trust.
The feature set is strong. Clear data protection and payment security guarantees will be key for larger fleet adoption.
