HawkMode

Hey IH 👋

I wanted to share a little tool I built called HawkMode — it's a free Chrome extension that finds all publicly visible emails and social profiles (LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.) on any webpage, in one click.

I mainly needed this for myself — when reaching out to indie creators, bloggers, freelancers, small agencies, and online businesses. The kinds of folks you find on portfolio sites, Notion pages, or niche blogs. These contacts often aren’t on RocketReach, Apollo, etc., and scraping tools can be overkill or blocked.

So I built something:

• 🔍 Super lightweight

• 💻 Fully local (nothing is sent to a server)

• 🧩 No sign-up, no accounts — just install and go

• 📋 Easily copy or save emails + socials from any page

It’s live here if you want to check it out:

I’d love feedback from anyone doing outreach or networking in the indie space — or just thoughts on what you’d add or change.

Thanks!
Dan
