Since we're providing a SaaS solution for developers, it's important to make our documentation as clear and complete as possible.

We've released a lot of documentation (https://headlesstesting.com/support) on our website on how to run Headless Browser tests via Puppeteer and Playwright.

HeadlessTesting now supports Serverless Functions.

Serverless Functions are single-purpose, programmatic functions, that are hosted in our cloud and which you can easily call from your own infrastructure.

You can take control of a Headless Browser in our cloud and run any kind of Puppeteer or Playwright script straight from your own website.

Simply make a POST request to our endpoint and run your own browser automation. For example: generate a PDF from a website, take a screenshot or perform any kind of automation on Chrome and Edge.

We now offer Firefox (Dev) Headless Testing in the cloud with Puppeteer and Playwright.

Simply change your Puppeteer or Playwright scripts to point to our grid, and you can run (headless) sessions on our Chrome, Edge and Firefox browsers.

Next up is Safari support.

Today I've added support for Automated Headless Testing on Microsoft Edge.

This is an important step for HeadlessTesting: we no longer only provide Chrome automation, we now also offer the choice for Edge automation.

We're confident that the user-base of Microsoft Edge's newest browser (based on Chromium) will grow significantly in the coming months. Microsoft will try hard to push this browser to its users. That in itself is a good reason to do automation on Edge.

You can test how your website looks on Edge (take screenshots), mimic user actions with Puppeteer and Playwright, generate PDFs and more.

It took about a week to built this new feature, I'm very proud to be able to release it now.

The coming weeks we'll focus on adding other browser vendors (Firefox, Safari?) and improve our UI and UX.

Finally, we've launched our new service called HeadlessTesting

HeadlessTesting provides Headless Browser Testing in the cloud. We took the lessons learned from offering Selenium Testing with TestingBot and created this new service.

Developers can now run their Puppeteer and Playwright tests on our browsers. The advantage of headless testing is that it is very fast compared to for example Selenium testing.

Our primary focus now will be to improve our existing features, add more features and promote the service.

Developers and QA people are our main targets. We aim to provide a fast and stable browser grid, which will allow developers to quickly take screenshots or generate PDFs from real Chrome browsers.

To promote our offering, we'll look into posting helpful blog articles, engage on social platforms and provide free open source testing for developers on GitHub.

We're really excited to keep improving this service.
