The name and domain I had in my mind from the first day of the idea but I was holding myself from buying a domain to avoid having just one more domain in my owned domains list.

But hey today seems to be a day to buy a domain because I was able to make really good progress on the MVP so far. So here we go https://healthyteam.co

Also, I have started with new AWS account so I'll host everything for this project in the fresh account.

I spent some time analyzing is the idea actually worth following, how I want to do it this time? I want to use all the learnings I had from my past roller coster successfully project(https://www.indiehackers.com/product/imagly/my-product-is-sold-for-handsome-sum-yay--NDm6Mj6EIZiGh4xG5mN)

I have decided to keep the scope very limited and build really only two features in the first version. I'll stick with the technologies which I am pretty much hands on and will not spend a lot of time digging on new things.

I work in an agile mode on my full time gig. I saw the way of work has changed forever since COVID. Now when I look around, mostly all are working fully remote or mixed.

But do we have all necessary tools to replicate office working environment at home? Specially those who works on Agile? Are you able to do your Retro Efficiently and actionable? Are you able to play your poker cards in the planning? Does your 1-on-1 are as effective as they were?

Sure there are tons of tools for each of those problems but is there one tool which does everything at one place and efficiently? Specially for agile teams...

In my experience there is no one good tool which does all of this at one place & is efficient. This is where HealthyTeam will fit in and become a suite for remote team meeting organization.

I am really motivated to build this one because recently I was able to sell my last project successfully, so I have the proper closure and fresh motivation to start for new thing.
