Hi everyone 👋

I recently started working on a project called Hearo with another founder, and wanted to share it here as we start building.

Hearo is an AI platform that turns public internet conversations into structured product intelligence. Today, some of the most honest product feedback happens in places like Reddit, app reviews, and online communities. Users openly discuss what they love, what frustrates them, and what they wish products could do. The challenge is that this feedback is scattered across thousands of conversations and incredibly difficult to analyze at scale.

Hearo aims to solve this by analyzing those discussions and surfacing insights such as:

• top product pain points
• feature requests
• sentiment trends
• competitor comparisons

Think of it as:

“Ask the internet what users really think about a product.”

We’re currently exploring the first version of the platform and starting with sources like Reddit to understand how public conversations can be transformed into useful product insights. At the moment, we’re also looking to bring on a founding engineer who is interested in building the first version of the product.
