How and why managers should code
Wrote a blog post about how managers should stay on the tools. Dev managers staying technical - as opposed to the hard split of the technical/managerial track is a key philosophical point behind why I'm trying to build this business. There's a lot of friction stopping the managers who want to stay engaged with the work and I want to remove as much of it as possible.

Week One Done
Lot of work in the first full week the app's been up. Lot of dev work, got daily rollup emails out and completely redid the homepage at https://hecate.co/
Second customer converted from trial and a few more haven't cancelled yet.
Onboarded first beta user
Shipped the Mmmest of MVPs to my first customer!
