Like many founders here, I’ve always felt that traditional HRMS platforms are where productivity goes to die. They’re often clunky, rigid, and require way too much manual data entry for basic things like tracking attendance or running payroll.
We built HelixtaHR to change that. Our goal was simple: build a unified cloud HRMS designed specifically for startups, SMEs, and growing enterprises that actually leverages AI to automate the boring stuff.

What we’re tackling under the hood:
Automated Payroll & Attendance: We've built direct integration between smart attendance tracking (handling remote, hybrid, and multi-site teams) and payroll processing. It calculates deductions, benefits, and generates payslips automatically without forcing you to export/import CSVs.
AI-Assisted Hiring: From the moment an application comes in, AI helps filter, manage interviews, and streamline onboarding workflows in seconds.
Team Engagement: We noticed a lot of remote/hybrid teams feel disconnected, so we built an internal social wall, discussion forums, and dynamic news feeds directly into the ESS (Employee Self-Service) system.
The Metrics So Far
We’ve been closely tracking data from companies onboarding onto the platform, and the early results have been incredibly validating:

The interesting question for me isn't whether AI can automate HR.
It's where people still insist on making the final judgment themselves. The more clearly you define that boundary, the easier it becomes for customers to trust the automation instead of feeling like they're handing decisions over to it.
