Early customer review; this is incredibly valuable
Just got off call with one of my early-stage customer, who has been trying out the product. The customer is a SaaS business owner running a company that is valued more than $100mn.
Here's what he said:
"We have tried UserVoice and other tools to gather customer feedback. But they all seemed too heavy for the users. hellonext is making is super simple for our users to use and it is scaring us with a lot of feedback."
