Helpmonks
Email management simplified
Following our Live-Chat and Email Marketing Platform release, we are incredibly excited to announce the immediate availability of Email Automation.
Email Automations are extremely powerful and your secret sauce for customer success with marketing emails. You can use the Helpmonks Email Automation to, e.g., create a welcome series when someone signs up for your service or create educational courses for subscribers.
Sales and Marketing teams love Email Automation, aka email drip campaigns, as it automatically sends a series of emails, keeping you in touch with your customers. Email Marketing Campaigns are one of the best ways to grow your business.

Helpmonks Engage - the Email Marketing Platform - consisting of a Live-Chat and an Email Campaign tool, is now available. With Live-Chat, you have the option to solve customer requests in real-time on any site, while the Email Campaign tool enables you to send out newsletters or even automated follow-ups.
While Helpmonks started with a shared inbox, it quickly became a collaboration solution that included emails, customer relationships, and many other parts. It's only natural that we are trying to help our customers, small businesses, and large organizations alike to do an even better job in their sales funnels.

As some of you might know, we've been working on new features for Helpmonks in the past few weeks. Live-Chat, part of Helpmonks Engage, is one of the upcoming options that will be available to our customers, independent of their plan.
Enabling Live-Chat in your Helpmonks account will allow a Chat-Widget on any website of your choosing. Not only will you be able to use the Live-Chat on one site, but on as many websites you want.
We've been working hard to bring the Helpmonks Live-Chat app on par with your expectation of a Live-Chat tool. As such, you create Groups (think a group for each website), where each group can have individual settings and more. Just as within Helpmonks, you can have an unlimited amount of agents available in your Live-Chat.

Nobody loves having to go through customer support, not really.
Customer service teams have to adapt and make themselves as available as possible so that every customer has an experience that they are happy with. We like to think that the ongoing customer service is far more critical than the initial meeting between business and consumer. Why? Well, think about it, consistency is vital, and no two experiences should be different for any of your customers.
Inconsistent customer service happens as a result of mistakes in the setup of software and using outdated solutions to try and look after requests. We’ve compiled a list of the three biggest mistakes customer service teams make today and how to fix them.

Being able to offer your customers help whenever they need it is vital to ensuring your customer service is the best that it can be. For many companies, building an outstanding customer support network involves a lot of manual work, often with support tickets being left behind, or not prioritized during a rushed day.
Having a responsive customer support team is one thing. Still, your staff needs customer service software with the best possible features, to ensure you can provide both fast response time and stay organized so that the correct department is on hand to deal with the query in question. Your customers don’t want support that is slow, sluggish, or impersonal, so consider the importance of your customer support software.
That leads us to the question: What should you look out for in your customer support software?

There’s no time like the present, and what a strange world it is we live in now, right?! - People are working from home, having to message each other instead of chatting in person, as it is now deemed a significant risk for companies to work from the office.
The biggest problem a lot of our new clients previously found was trying to find a way to bring their email approach more in-sync, while also improving productivity out of the office.

We are very excited to announce our latest new feature for your shared mailbox in Helpmonks - your labels are now also folders. Having labels act as folders means that you can move emails to a label and are no longer limited to the default folders.
Moving one or many emails is as simple as tagging a conversation. As a fact, right next to the tagging option, you now have a new move option.

About
I've created Helpmonks together with my co-founder to bring a shared mailbox solution to all companies. That is also reflected in our business model (no user limits) and in our cloud and self-hosted options.
