Find product-market fit faster from user conversations
Hi everyone,
Long time lurker, first time poster. I guess I'll only get to say that once!
After working on dozens of side projects over the years and never finding product-market fit I've decided to build a tool to help me structure my search.
So far it lets you log your outbound activities to build up a daily streak, coaches you on your discovery call transcripts, and searches those transcripts to test your hypotheses about your idea.
If you're struggling to figure out the features & ICP that will give you product-market fit then you should give it a try. I'd love to chat with anyone else on this journey as it's hard work!
Peace βπΌ
About
I've built dozen of side projects over the years but nothing has found product-market fit. Now I'm trying to structure my search to get confidence in what features to build and what ICP to target next.

Welcome, and congrats on the first post! "Dozens of side projects, never finding PMF" is such a relatable line β I'm in a much earlier stage of that same struggle myself, still figuring out if what I built actually resonates with anyone. Checked out the landing page too β clear pitch, good screenshots showing the actual product in action. One thing that might help build trust for first-time visitors: a testimonial or two, even just a short quote from someone using it. Curious how the transcript coaching works in practice β does it flag specific things you said/didn't ask during a call, or is it more pattern-matching across your notes? Good luck with the search, hope Heura gets you there faster than the side-project graveyard did.
Thank you so much for the comment and for checking out Heura! ππΌ
Nobody is using it yet apart from me! π I've had 3 signups but none of those have logged their first activity yet. I guess I could do my own testimonial as I've found it very helpful! π₯²
Transcript coaching gives you 'what went well' and 'what could have gone better' after every call along with 'mom test violations' (iykyk) and % you talked vs % they talked!
You can also list out ICPs and see which ideas work best for each.
The 'mom test violations' detector is such a clever feature β most people don't even realize they're doing it until it's pointed out. Zero-to-first-user is the hardest gap, hang in there, the product sounds genuinely useful once people try it.
The strongest part is that Heura is built around the actual PMF search loop, not just idea generation. Using discovery transcripts to test hypotheses could make the product materially more useful if it helps founders distinguish recurring evidence from wishful thinking.
100% !
Thatβs the part I find most interesting. If the product can help founders separate repeated evidence from isolated feedback, the workflow becomes much more useful than simple idea generation.
