So I first came up with the idea for this service/product to help my wife. All too often she would get to the end of her work day and realise she had forgotten to eat and drink.

After a few ideas I tried to get her to implement I decided to build a simple chatbot reminder service, something she could set up easily, wouldn't be too in your face but would make her look at her phone and remember to take care of herself.
