Hiar

I had the first pilot-tests with a couple of businesses to try out the next big release, the B2B-product. This product will essentially replace the "upload your resume"-part of a job post with a dynamic form that can be customized for any job.

In the test the feedback has been very positive from both candidates and employers, so I can't wait to release Hiar Pro to everybody!

The first version of Hiar was launched in March. Nearly 200 job seekers created their profiles within the first few weeks, and the first jobs were applied for through Hiar.

I spent a lot of time fixing bugs and making UX adjustments in the initial period, but I managed to avoid larger incidents 🤞

I went full-time on Hiar in January 2024. I had been working loosely on the project for a few months but suddenly had the opportunity to go all-in on it.

The first few months were spent developing an MVP, getting feedback from people in my network, and making adjustments.
