Hirero
End-to-End AI Hiring platform for lean teams
Hiring is full of repetitive work.
Recruiters spend hours searching for candidates, writing outreach messages, preparing interview questions, joining calls, reviewing recordings, and turning messy notes into a final decision.
Most recruiting tools solve only one part of this process. A sourcing tool gives you a list of candidates. A notetaker gives you a transcript. An AI interviewer gives you a score.
The recruiter still has to connect everything.
That is why I built Hirero.
What is Hirero?
Hirero is an end-to-end AI hiring platform for independent recruiters, hiring teams, and recruitment agencies.
It helps you manage the complete hiring process in one place:
Find relevant candidates
Reach out to them on LinkedIn
Create structured interview questions
Run AI or human-led interviews
Analyze candidate answers
Compare candidates using evidence-backed scorecards
The goal is not to replace recruiters or human judgment. It is to remove repetitive work and give hiring teams better evidence for every decision.
From sourcing to the final decision
You can describe the role you are hiring for, and Hirero finds and ranks relevant candidate profiles.
Instead of giving you a random list, it scores candidates based on how well they match the role. You can then review AI-written LinkedIn messages before sending them from your own account.
When candidates enter the interview stage, Hirero can create a structured interview guide based on the job description and the skills you want to evaluate.
From there, you have two options:
Lisa can run AI voice and video interviews with candidates at any time.
Steve can join your human-led interviews on Zoom, Google Meet, or Microsoft Teams.
After the interview, Hirero creates a detailed candidate scorecard in about three minutes.
Every score includes evidence
One of my biggest concerns with AI recruiting software was trust.
A score like “4 out of 5 for communication” is not useful if you cannot understand where it came from.
That is why every Hirero rating is connected to evidence from the interview. You can see the candidate’s answer or exact quote behind each score.
The scorecard includes:
An overall candidate score
Individual competency ratings
Strengths and possible concerns
Evidence from the interview
A clear hiring recommendation
A shareable PDF report
You can compare candidates side by side and understand why one person ranked higher than another.
AI provides the analysis, but the hiring decision always stays with you.
Why I built Hirero
Hiring decisions are often based on memory, scattered notes, and gut feeling.
Important context may be spread across an ATS, LinkedIn, meeting recordings, transcripts, documents, and private messages. This makes it harder to compare candidates fairly and explain why someone should move forward.
I wanted to build one platform that keeps the complete story together—from the first candidate search to the final hiring decision.
Hirero includes:
AI-powered candidate sourcing and ranking
LinkedIn candidate outreach
Job-specific interview guides
AI voice and video interviews
Support for human-led interviews
Automatic transcription and analysis
Evidence-backed candidate scorecards
Side-by-side candidate comparisons
A visual hiring pipeline
Workspaces for recruitment agencies
It can work alongside your existing ATS, so you do not need to replace the tools your team already uses.
Built for recruiters, not just large companies
Many advanced hiring platforms are designed for large enterprises with large budgets and complex setup processes.
Hirero is also built for solo recruiters and small hiring teams that want to work faster, handle more candidates, and give clients or hiring managers clearer reports.
You can set it up in minutes and start with a single open role.
Try the live demo
You can explore the Hirero live demo without creating an account. It includes sample candidates, interviews, and scorecards so you can see how the complete hiring workflow works.
I am still building and improving Hirero, and I would genuinely appreciate feedback from other founders and recruiters.
Which part of hiring takes the most time for you: sourcing candidates, outreach, interviews, or comparing everyone afterward?

The evidence-backed scorecards are the strongest part. Keeping the underlying interview answers tied to each rating makes the output much more useful than an AI-generated candidate score with no way to understand where it came from.
