Hivoe
Twitter engagement via Direct Messages
Many users asked for this feature, which today lands on hivoe.com
The auto follow-up messages for cold DM campaigns.
Do you know that 80% of the sales happen after a follow-up?
Hivoe allows you to define up to 3 follow-up messages, that are sent in case the user didn't previously reply to you.
β this is going to drastically increase the reply rate of your outreach.
How did I market it?
- blog post https://www.hivoe.com/blog/how-to-setup-auto-follow-up-messages
- loom explainer video (loaded to YouTube as well)
- newsletter product update (scheduled for tomorrow)
- public tweets (@ikoichi & @HivoeHQ)
This is an extremely important milestone for Hivoe.
It gives me the confidence to continue working on the product.
Also, in January the MRR increased by 50% compared to the previous month.
What did happen?
I increased the price of the two main subscription plans, and I added a new entry-level plan.
And it seems working quite well π

It's a pity this did not make it to the front page. Very inspiring, not overwhelming and provides a piece of useful info. Good luck man.

It's been a long slog to get here, but Hivoe just passed 60 signups! This has been the result of several efforts, including building in public on Twitter, and podcast appearances.
Now I'm just hoping that a lot of them will convert to paying users soon.
I'm working on making the free plan limits more evident.
Let's see if it works π€

Today I got the first paying customer for Hivoe.
I did not have any integration with Stripe or Paddle, but the user wanted to pay for the service! π€©
This motivates me incredibly to continue working on the product!
See you next π

I've read so many times that you should solve your own problem, and so last week I sat down to think about all the problems in my life.
It turned out that I had quite a few problems worth solving, and the most interesting one led me to the idea for Hivoe!

About
I wanted a way to help myself make connections with my audience. So I ended up by automating a welcome message for my new followers. I resulted in an ice breaker for so many meaningful conversations.
