It's done! The new version is out. It gives Hook.Notifier a fresh wind, a much more solid business model, with much stronger arguments for the users who support the solution.
I'm working from the start on a content strategy to facilitate the integration of Hook.Notifier for our users, lots of guides to connect the biggest tools; Hubspot, Google form, Wordpress (with in addition an official extension), Shopify, and also tutorials for developers like Vue.js, Nuxt and PHP. The pace is simple, one new one per week.
Of course, it would be silly not to mention it, but Hook.Notifier relies heavily for non-developers on Zapier, which is my most obvious and solid ally. And the Hook.Notifier integration has just joined the Zapier partner program.
This is the real start of this adventure! 🚀
The life of this product is very special, indeed, during these two years, I am 100% of my time on my web agency. Agency that has greatly distracted me from my passion and my values.
During these two years, the project has served me, but not only. Without any communication, no marketing, I let Hook.Notifier live its life alone, it slowly collects users, some other SaaS nicely connect their tools, and share connection articles between their products and mine.
It's only at the end of 2022 that something clicked for me. I leave my agency and my association to become a solopreneur. And what better way than to relaunch Hook.Notifier?
I position myself on a redesign, the addition of a web interface to extend the uses and especially a strong content strategy to re-launch Hook.Notifier.

In 2020, I was working on another product, in the online role-playing sector, this service is accessible on browser, mobile or computer. It started to work and my users were asking me for notifications when they had a new message. Also, at that time, I tend to monitor a lot of things by email, new subscriber, new subscription, small notifications that go up the moral but are very heavy by email.
My first question was "How to receive pings in push notification instead of going through everything via emails?".
I had two choices, integrate browser notifications or develop an application to open to my phone.
As you probably know, browser notifications, in terms of compatibility, in 2023, are catastrophic, so in 2020... And the second option was to develop an application. But developing an app for every service that needs notifications? What a waste of time.
That's where the idea of Hook.Notifier comes from, a receptacle application for collecting categorized notifications. It allows everyone to create their own notification box and decide which service will send us notifications and which ones.

I work on Hook.Notifier because today the world of notification is not accessible at all. With Hook.Notifier, I want to allow everyone to master this aspect by bringing a notification box.
