I'm building an app for hosts to effectively run and manage remote workshops.

This is an idea I've been thinking of for a while. Specially now that tons of people were forced to move their classes and workshops online because of COVID.

But I did things a bit different this time.

Instead of start building right ahead what I think it could provide value, I scheduled a call with a potential customer. Someone in my network I knew was running a workshop.

I got insight I would never get by working isolated in my own bubble.

I know for fact now that there's someone craving for a solution to the problem I'm working on. So the goal of making my first dollar online never seemed closer to me.
