Hosted turnkey InfluxDB, Prometheus, and Grafana
One of my customers informed me that he recommended the product to one of his acquaintances. The product is rather specific so I did not think to spend time on asking for recommendations but now I see that such a strategy might actually be worth the time.
A customer upgraded to a higher tier. They started with an annual plan a year ago and renewed at the higher tier. I emailed them a month before the renewal date to make sure they are not caught by surprise, to mention the higher tier, and to ask if there's anything else I can do.
Revenue has finally exceeded costs! 🎉
Caveats:
- Assuming a few more customers in the next five months.
- No salary yet.
A customer purchased one of the annual plans.
Ran an advertising campaign very inefficiently.
Ran an advertising campaign for product validation purposes.
Acquired a great domain name, but from someone flipping domains. Mixed feelings about that.
