Hovercode

I have quite a few plans of things I can build to make QR codes more powerful, but I wanted to get something launched quickly.

I decided to launch with the ability to make branded circle QR codes because it makes Hovercode stand out amongst the many generators that exist. I have plans for more unique features, but wanted to get the MVP out sooner rather than later.

Hovercode is now live. I created a few feature pages, submitted it to a few directories, and now I need to find some users!

After noticing that QR codes were being used way more often since the pandemic started, I started looking into the space to see if it would be worth building something in the space.

I noticed that a lot of the QR codes that are used by big brands are still quite basic (not designed to fit the brand, static, no analytics etc).

My bet is that if the QR code space continues to grow, more brands will want to get more advanced with them. This is why I decided to start building in the QR code space.
