How's Your _____?

I posted to the quantified self subreddit and shared a link to How's Your Blank in a comment on HN. I got several signups from each and some nice feedback. I am not tracking visits or page views to keep thing privacy focused, so I am not sure how many visits vs signups I received. It was nice to get some pretty positive comments, though.
