Huan keeps your dogs safe.
Huan grew from 400 to 800 MAU through July, and 800 to ALMOST 1600 users in August! Our growth graph is starting to look like a hockey stick which is totally unsustainable without a bigger team, so looks like it's time to start raising some Angel funding!
A few of our customers started posting about Huan on Facebook, with screenshots and rave reviews ("This is awesome!" or "It actually works! I love it!"), and this resulted in hundreds of people joining over the weekend, completely overwhelming me. Also, Huan is sold out again...
Still working on scalable growth and refactoring our packaging and shipping methods before attempting to do any kind of promotion, but we have finally crossed the 1K MAU after a happy customer posted about Huan on their local Facebook group. We spend $0 on advertising, so every time a post like that gets a tiny bit of traction, we see how powerful social media can be for customer-focused startups like ours.

I've seen people sharing that they would pay a little for ads to experiment. In general I think most products that take off are those who find a go-to-market strategy, whether that's organic traction, referral programs, or something else.

Passed 900 MAU at midnight and finally released the Huan Mac App that turns every Mac into a Huan Sensor! This will hopefully expand our network and reach even more pet owners and users, while helping keep existing users safe.
Huan now has more than 100 Paying subscribers!
Doubled down on our Rescue Donation Program and ramped up cold emails.
Rescue partners now have their own little referral portal where they can track their own referral progress, as well as access their own links for easy sharing.
The app now has a dedicated link inside the 'Help' screen that contains a page instructing users how to help Huan grow (App store reviews, referral programs, pre-made Flyers, etc).
Huan now has more than 500 Monthly Active Users - that means dog owners who have ordered Huan Tags and added their dogs using the Huan Mobile App!
In addition, multiple users have signed up for our paid plans, and we've been growing at a 50% rate month over month!
