We found out about clutch over a year ago when they reached out to us. At first we thought it was some kind of scam. However, after finding out more... we signed up to their B2B ratings platform. On doing this, you then ask your clients to review your work after each project. We're a customised service business which means we work with only a small number of clients at any one time. So we don't have 100s of projects on. Some smaller branding projects can take 3 months, but mostly others are 6 - 12 months and beyond. Anyhow, we're currently #1 branding agency in Australia. This isn't about how big you are or how many thousands of clients you work on... it's about the quality of work you do and the results you achieve. We're super humble and thankful we work with great clients and on some really awesome branding projects.

We updated the background colours and fonts. Reorganised the content and re-wrote our copy. Particularly the home page and the about page. We also hadn't done any SEO for the site. Our organic search sucks at <16% so we've had help doing basic SEO for our site. We've also made some minor dev. changes.

Part of our SEO overhaul for our site... we were told to increase the reviews on our Google my Business. We only had one review and one five star rating. I then reached out to my network, ex. clients, etc to ask if they could review us. Thinking we'd only get 10 or so... we're now up to 39 reviews and have a five star rating. That's pretty awesome and a lot of love. We're super grateful and hopefully we can get to 50 reviews and continue our five star rating.
