In the month of July I finally hit a milestone I've been chasing for a while - over $10,000 earned after fees.

I can put this down to a few changes in my offerings:

• I began offering lifetime licences. I offer these at ~3x the annual renewal price.
• I now offer bundle packages on a recurring payment basis. As a customer you get a huge discount (sometimes over 50%), and for Iconic there's guaranteed income on a monthly or annual basis.
• I've optimised some of my product pages to focus on the benefits rather than the features.
• I raised some of my prices to match the current market more accurately.

Next steps:

The next milestone for me is $15k in a month. I plan to achieve it by:

• Releasing a few more plugins which are in development.
• Raising prices of my other plugins which I have not yet brought in line with the others.
• Continue offering amazing support to earn word-of-mouth referrals.
• Add additional bonuses to my bundle packages, like 3rd party coupon codes for relevant products.
• Getting a few paid articles published on large WordPress blogs.
