We launched Idea Scout Beta today!

It's built using Webflow and Adalo. Now we're working on getting our first enterprise client onto the platform.

Some lessons we've learned - first, we should've launched faster. There's no reason it took this long except we didn't put in enough time.

Secondly, Twitter is really not where we should be advertising. Our clients will come through LinkedIn and that's where our efforts should be.

Third, you shouldn't try to plan all the user stories. Get users on board and have them tell you how they want to use the platform.

I used to be in consulting and worked with a few clients who had similar issues.

The first had 1000's of people implementing Lean Six Sigma projects but had no way to track what projects were being completed, what teams were impacted, or the savings.

The second client had tried to implement RPA across the organization but had difficulty finding new use cases and calculating the benefits of the use cases they had implemented.
